About the project.
Diane Hendricks’ vision and support for Beloit, Wisconsin, has transformed the city into a revitalized urban oasis and the perfect live, work, learn and play destination.
Rebuilding Beloit.
Beloit’s unique downtown environment has been thoughtfully crafted to deliver everything you’d expect to see in a big city, with the charm and convenience of small-town living. It’s truly the best of both worlds.

Popular restaurants like Merrill & Houston’s Steak Joint, Velvet Buffalo Modern Italian, Lucy’s #7 Burger Bar and truk’t line the downtown streets, complemented by boutique hotels, Ironworks Hotel and Hotel Goodwin and entertainment complex Henry Dorrbaker's Pub & Play.
Urban living options abound here. Highly sought-after residential complex, The Phoenix Apartments, sit above some of the city’s best dining and retail options. Brand new to the city’s center is Wright & Wagner Lofts, just steps from The Beloit Ironworks Campus, which houses innovative, young and progressive businesses, like Comply 365, Rakuten, Acculynx, the Stateline Family YMCA and tech incubator, Irontek.
The revitalization has even rippled into the surrounding community to projects, like The Eclipse Event Center and the Beloit Club, alongside companies, such as ABC Supply, Kerry Ingredients, Regal Rexnord and Fairbanks Morse Defense.
With the exciting growth of the downtown and business sector in recent years, the next timely step in the revival of Beloit has made itself clear: housing. The College Park area is a vibrant and historic neighborhood with essential community elements, including parks, churches, elementary schools, and Beloit College, all conveniently within walking distance of downtown. The mission of Beloit College Park is to restore homes selectively and respectfully in this architecturally significant neighborhood with a focus on aesthetics, livability, and safety while fostering community pride in our prosperous Wisconsin city.
